Survey Report Highlights

  • Results are based on 11 (53%) of 21 prosecutor's offices responding to the survey.

  • Forty percent of offices reported budgets under $5 million.

  • Nearly all responding offices had problem-solving or specialty courts. Mental health (73%) and drug courts (64%) were the most common.

  • Of the 9 offices responding to the section on specialized programs, all offered Victim Assistance. Restitution programs (78%) were also common.
